SPONSORSHIP LIMITATIONS

 

Over the years we have tried to help in many different ways, and have found out overtime what
items and services limits our ability to provide assurance to our sponsors that their contributions
are verifiable and track-able.

We also want to make sure that the sponsorship recipient receive their portion and make the purchase.

The core concept of our success is the ability to eliminate the opportunity for abuse and misuse.
From experience we have learned what does not work within our framework of success, are listed below.

The following are our sponsorship limitations. 
   

1. The dollar value of your combined quotes or invoices must be more than $400.

2. We do not provide sponsorship for any item that is already under contract.

3. We do not provide sponsorship for any item that is already purchased.

4. We do not provide sponsorship for perishables.

5. We do not provide sponsorship for anything that is not tangible past one day.

6. We do not provide sponsorship for Food, Airline Tickets, Travel, Hotels, Radio or TV Broadcasting.

7. We do not provide 100% Sponsorship.

8. We do not provide sponsorship dollars for more than 50% of the cost.

9. We do not provide sponsorship for Graphic Design work, for items we are not sponsoring.
   (We will provide from 50% up to 100% of normal graphic design labor fees when sponsoring).

10. We do not provide sponsorship for UPS, FedEx, USPS or any other freight charges.

11. We do not finance your portion of the items and services you are purchasing.

12. We do not sponsor financed purchases.

13. We do not provide sponsorship for items that are not provided by a 3rd party.

14. No sponsorship dollars for items created and sold by your members, staff, family or you.
