Invoice & Quote Examples
Your invoice or quote needs to show the details with pricing and a total as shown below.

If you have a DIGITAL COPY of an Invoice or Quote - Submit via DOCUMENT
If you have a Digital Copy of your Invoice/quote on your computer, follow the proceeding directions, after reading the rest of this section for clarity. From your computer click this Upload Document link, and a new window will open. Scroll down to the UPLOAD FILES section and choose the "Upload Document" link. Your hard drive will open, navigate to the document, and double click on it and it will populate onto the form.
If you have a HARD COPY of an Invoice or Quote - Submit via IMAGE
If you have a Hard Copy Invoice, take a picture of it with your phone, and follow the proceeding directions, after reading the rest of this section for clarity. From your phone click this Upload Document link, and a new window will open. Scroll down to the UPLOAD FILES section and choose the "Upload Image" link. Your phone will give you the option to upload the photo you just took. Follow the same steps you would use to send a photo from your phone.
Remember to complete the entire form and include your details in the comment section before submitting.

If you have an ONLINE Invoice or Quote - Submit via URL
If you have an Invoice/quote that is only viewable online, that is fine, you can use the page URL. Follow the proceeding directions, after reading the rest of this section for clarity.
1. You can click this Upload Document link, and a new window will open. Scroll down to the UPLOAD FILES section and below it you will see a "Paste the URL page here" field, to provide your on-line invoice/quote.
2. For your convenience, you can click on the following link to be redirected to the "PASTE INVOICE/QUOTE URL" section.
If you have an ONLINE Invoice or Quote - Submit via PICTURE/SCREENSHOT
If you have an invoice/quote that is only viewable online, you can take a picture or screenshot of the Invoice/quote, after reading the rest of this section for clarity:
1. Viewing on PHONE option: You can take a SCREENSHOT of the online page with your PHONE. Note: include the URL.
From your phone click this Upload Document link, and a new window will open. Scroll down to the UPLOAD FILES section and choose the "Upload Image" link. Your phone will give you the option to upload the picture/screenshot you just took. Follow the same steps you would use to send a photo from your phone.
2. Viewing on COMPUTER option: You can take a SCREENSHOT of the online page with your COMPUTER. Note: include the URL.
From your computer click this Upload Document link, a new window will open. Scroll down to the UPLOAD FILES section and choose the "Upload Image" link. Your hard drive will open, navigate to the document and double click on it and it will populate onto the form.
3. Viewing on COMPUTER option: You can take a PICTURE of the online page with your PHONE. Note: include the URL.
