Co-op Giving: This is a form of giving in which 2 or more entities work with one another in giving, in order to achieve a common objective for a non-profit organization (entity).

Co-op Sponsorship: The goal of a (co-op sponsorship) is to pay a portion of the entity's (Receiver) outreach objective with less interest in the Sponsor’s brand name recognition or a joint exposure promotion with the entity.  Sponsorships are predicated and more focused on the social aspects and goodwill efforts of the receiving entity.
